Shipping policy
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind:
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
There might be delays during busy periods or when verifying your information.
Orders made using our online payment system will go through fraud checks and will only proceed after payment is approved.
For cash-on-delivery orders, payment will be collected at your shipping address.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat rate of PKR 200 for shipping on all orders.
Courier Services
The courier service we use depends on your location and package type.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you the courier details and tracking number.
What If You’re Not Home When the Delivery Arrives?
The courier will send you an SMS with payment details.
Make sure someone is available to receive the order at your address.
If you’re unavailable, the package can be handed to a family member or someone you trust.
Order Cancellation
For Cash-on-Delivery Orders:
We will confirm your order with two phone calls. If we can’t reach you, the order will be cancelled.
Cancelling Your Order: You can cancel your order at any time before it’s processed.
If We Cancel Your Order:
We may cancel orders if:
The item is out of stock.
The contact details provided are incorrect.
There is a technical issue.
